Announcing the Grand Re-Opening of our new fully remodeled and renovated sleep lab located in Havelock NC.

Dr. Robert Dietrich will be retiring on December 20th, 2023.

Announcing our new Medical Director and Board Certified Adult and Pediatric Neurologist and Sleep Specialist for our Havelock location. Atlantic Sleep and Neurology Center, a division of Regional Health Diagnostics, is located at 331 C West Main Street, Havelock, NC 28532.

We are currently welcoming and accepting new patients. New patient consults, evaluations, and follow-ups will be scheduled and provided at this location. We are very excited and happy to have Dr. Sasidharan Taravath and Sheila Lane Blanks, FNP-BC provide general neurology and sleep specialty services in partnership and association with JCMC at our Havelock sleep and neurology center.

We hope to lessen the burden of patients having to travel long distances to see and be treated by a neurologist in this area. We also hope to lessen the backlog and waiting list of patients in our local area and communities who usually and typically are currently having to wait 6-12 months to see and be treated by a neurologist.

Hurricane Florence totally destroyed our sleep center in September of 2018. We would like to take this opportunity to finally give our emotional thank you and heartfelt appreciation to all of our referral providers in the area who continued to support us and pray for us during this tragic and transitional period. Thank you for allowing us to continue our mission of being fully dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those suffering from sleep disorder conditions.

Regional Health Diagnostics continues to grow and expand its services throughout the southeastern United States. We are proud to announce that we now have locations across the southeastern USA, which includes NC, TN, and GA. We are continuing to persistently grow and expand our remote neurology telehealth services through the southwestern and midwestern United States. We also have an international location in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and hope to have more international locations very shortly.

We are excited to announce that our Jacksonville Clinic has been moved into a new office located at 38 Office Park Drive Jacksonville, NC 28540. Our new diagnostic center is only approximately 1.5 city blocks from its previous location. Regional Health Diagnostics, Inc. is the largest sleep and neurology testing facility in Jacksonville, NC. We serve all of Camp Lejeune, Onslow County, and adjacent counties.

Atlantic Sleep Center now a division of RHD has been serving the Naval Health Clinic on the Cherry Point Marine Corps Base in Havelock for approximately fourteen years and now as a division of Regional Health Diagnostics will continue to proudly serve the Military Naval Health Clinic in Havelock and its patients and providers for many more years to come. Dr. Sasidharan Taravath will be our new medical director and Board Certified Adult and Pediatric Neurologist, and Board Certified Adult and Pediatric Sleep Specialist along with Sheila Lane Blanks, FNP-BC.

We will also treat the following Adult and Pediatric Neurology conditions at the Havelock clinic with our panel of board-certified adult and pediatric neurologists. General neurology conditions to be treated include but are not limited to the following: Epilepsy, Seizures, Stroke, PTSD, Dementia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Headache/Migraine, Insomnia, Narcolepsy, Neuropathy, Excessive Daytime Sleepiness, Snoring, and Apnea.
